This novel is published elsewhere. Support the author by seeking out the original. Hope is rather different from Alonso. Considerably younger (a teenager right now), less controlled, much less educated and perhaps even more stubborn... or, well, that's up for debate:) Anyway, you guys will probably recognise the focus on progression, character development, detailed power systems, unusual worlds and characters determined to carve their own paths.

The published edition also received considerably more work than the version originally posted online. Harry, my friend and editor, and I spent over 3 weeks revising and polishing the book. I'm genuinely proud of how much stronger the final version became. And because I know someone will ask: I haven't discarded the possibility of giving I CLIMB the same treatment in the future.

Publishing NPH has shown me exactly how much work a proper revision and release requires, but I would love to polish IC and bring out its books properly when time allows.
