That is the baseline I am working with; any later addition was made to align with the original setup and references. Anything tacked onto it later on was modified so it could fit. FIRST SHINOBI WORLD WAR (≈ –55 to –50) Early militarization of shinobi villages Rise of international tactics, alliances, and treaties Somewhere here, or maybe after, when Hashirama dies, Tobirama becomes the second Hokage. Uchiha Police Force gains deeper authority SECOND SHINOBI WORLD WAR (≈ –30 to –25) –30 Hiruzen is the Hokage after Tobirama's death in the war. 4 Fugaku Uchiha is a teen shinobi.
