Level 14 Detailed quirk and talent description: Tier 5 negative quirk: Enforced Anti-Violence Some people are against violence. You take it one step further. You cannot attack, learn offensive skills or use weapons, may only select defensive and passive talents, and cannot share a group with somebody who attacks enemies. Access to your offensive talent tree is lost and future talent tree expansion is adjusted. Tier 4 positive quirk: Passive Power Any passive or defensive damage inflicted by the Fighter is doubled.

Any gains from passive talents, where possible, are improved by 50%. Your fortitude is effectively doubled. Talents: Tier 1: Improved Defense Passive talent. Adds to the effectiveness of your fortitude, armor and shield. +5% per talent point. (Current total, improved by Passive Power quirk: 37, 5%) 5/5 points Tier 3: Life Steal Passive Talent. This talent converts any damage you inflict on enemies into lifeforce, which you can make your own.

3% Life steal per point (Current total, improved by Passive Power quirk: 9% lifesteal) 2/5 points Tier 4: Deflect Passive talent. When parrying or blocking an attack, deflect or parry with an added 50 % force per point. Cost: 5 stamina per activation. The wheel can be activated whenever you are subjected to a minimum of magical damage (even if blocked, absorbed or shielded).

The wheel will surround you, throwing magical damage back at enemies. Damage caused scales with damage suffered and the magic type is randomized. One spoke activated per point. Range: 30 meters Cost: 20 stamina per minute 1/5 points Tier 5: Internal Scourge Passive Talent. This talent converts mana into an internal presence roaming your body in its entirety, scouring it of hostile presences like disease and poison. 20% efficiency per talent point. 1/5 Personal Universe Passive Talent.

You unlock a personal space, in which you are able to safely store items by mental access alone. Only the storing and removal of items has any cost associated with it. The size of the Personal Universe will increase with every level after Level 25. (Current total, improved by Passive Power quirk: 1, 5 cubic meters) 1/1 points Wave of Reflection: Passive talent. Any damage inflicted on you may be redirected as a wave of physical damage in any direction you choose.
