I read a post recently where a Chinese player explained that the devs didn't invest much in localizing because they figured foreigners wouldn't get the setting, and are low-key shocked it's doing as well as it is. So I do expect it to improve with time, and the single player experience is... okay, when it's working. The price is right at 'Free' and the microtransactions are for cosmetics, so I'm pretty okay with it. On the plus side, you can make a rope dart charicter.
