"He just killed Amy." The guild leader said with a frown.

"I warned you." Tessa said with a grim look before adding, "It seems your receptionist blabbed about him being here. What happened to client confidentiality? As soon as the stun pellet went off and Adam heard screams of pain from those outside the stun range, but close enough to still be impacted, he rose up and started firing off both his blaster and force staff into the crowd of disoriented bounty hunters, killing some and disintegrating others. 💫💫💫"Was that a stun pellet?" The female driver asked.

"Forget the stun pellet, look at what he's wielding in his other hand." The other male officer said.

"It's a Universal Force Staff. Is he actually a Universal Senator's personal bodyguard?" The guild master asked in shock.

"The TISF put a bounty on a Universal Senator's personal bodyguard. Are they mad?" The guild receptionist asked. 💫💫💫 Adam was able to take out a quarter of the bounty hunters before those that were still conscious and alive managed to overcome the stun effect of the force pellet and started returning fire. Adam groaned before pulling out a grenade-like object. [Gunlovergirl (Earth): Why did he put his blaster away?] [Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): I told you it's an EMP grenade, almost anything electronic within its blast range will stop functioning for a period of time, that includes blasters since part of them are electronic.] As the EMP grenade went off, everything electronic, save for Adam's microcams, ceased functioning within a five-hundred-meter radius, including all the blasters, the guild hall and the surrounding buildings' lights, consoles and other equipment.

💫💫💫 In the guild master's office, Tessa's uniband went dead along with everyone else's as the EMP blast disabled it, causing the stream to vanish as the holographic screens disappeared.

"Fuck." The guild master cursed as she headed for her office door, and the others followed. 💫💫💫 Adam leaped over the counter while pressing a button on his force staff to make it extend as he charged towards the nearest bounty hunter who was still trying to figure out why his blaster had ceased functioning before Adam smacked him around the temple and causing him to collapse before he rushed passed to the next target as his tail shot out and finished the bounty hunter off by piercing his head.

Adam avoided the knife before wrapping the attacker's arm up with his staff and his own arms and flipping him over his shoulder. As the bounty hunter landed, Adam's tail shot out and killed the bounty hunter as Adam shot his staff out at another bounty hunter who was charging him and hit him right in the gut, causing him to double over as the tail shot out again and claimed another life. [Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): That tail's a menace.] [Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): It's certainly a helpful addition in a fighter.] [Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Helpful? It kills everyone in one hit.] As two bounty hunters charged at Adam from different directions, Adam jumped towards one of them and grappled him before forcing him to the ground, where he rolled him over so that he was pinning him down before he shot the staff out at the other bounty hunter's head while his tail pierced the grappled bounty hunter, killing him.

The bounty hunter managed to dodge the staff attack by side-stepping at the last minute, but this caused him to bypass Adam slightly, only to have Adam's tail shoot out and penetrate his heart through his back. Adam swung his staff in a wide arc, forcing the charging bounty hunters back for a moment and giving him a chance to get to his feet before he again charged at the nearest bounty hunter.

"Who the fuck is this guy?" The guild leader asked as they watched Adam killing the bounty hunters one after another from the balcony at the top of the stairs.

"I warned you," Tessa said with a smile as she never took her eyes off Adam.

"Why the hell does the TISF have a bounty out on this guy?" The guild leader asked.

"I don't know, but if you don't want your guild hall destroyed, then you'd better stop this," Tessa advised.

"He may be strong, but he's not strong enough to take down an entire guild hall." The guild master scoffed.

"Don't say I didn't warn you when you're about to die," Tessa replied without looking at the woman.

"Stacey prep for evac," Adam said as he knew Stacey would be watching while he swung his staff up into a bounty hunter's balls, making him scream in pain and double over before his tail finished him off as he added, "We're leaving this fucking planet. Spector, pick her up first, then come get me." [[Afirmative.]] [OrangeeyedStace (Terrana Five): Copy that.] 💫💫💫"You heard him, we're leaving, are you two coming or not?" Stacey asked while looking between Lorelie and Rowena.

"I planned to accompany you anyway," Rowena replied.

"I take it he has accepted my job offer, so it's only natural that I come," Lorelie replied.

"What about us?" Becky asked with a frown.

"Forget it, no one connected with the imperial family is welcome, trust me when I say that this event has made Adam's already bad impression of all of you all a whole lot worse."

"But it wasn't our doing," Becky replied.

"She's the fucking empress." Stacey said with no regard to Victoria's position as she openly cursed and pointed at her while continuing, "Don't make up some shitty excuses like that, if the empress didn't know about this, then either she's crap at her job or the imperial family is more fucked up than I thought."

"I'm afraid you misunderstand how the power structure works in the imperial family, my dear," Victoria said as she tried to maintain her composure since no one had spoken to her this way in years, and it greatly surprised her.

"I don't give a fuck, the imperial family cares nothing for the poor living in the lower city where I grew up and didn't lift a finger to help us, so I couldn't care less about you. The only reason I'm even wasting my time talking to you is because… well, actually I can't think of a good reason, so fuck it." Stacey replied before she walked over to Lorelie and scooped her up as she activated her anti-gravity armour and flew off.

"Well, it's been a pleasure as always," Rowena said with her signature smirk before she unfurled her own wings and flew off after Stacey. The others watched them leave in stunned silence, as they never expected things to turn out this way.

"Hey, wait, why am I just standing here?" Tephe said with sudden realisation before she unfurled her own wings and chased after Stacey and Rowena.

"Wait," Malacoss said urgently, only for Tephe to ignore him as she continued to fly away.

"What the hell just happened?" Becky asked in shock.

"I would say that your family just ruined any chance of getting on well with this Adam." Malacoss replied after calming down before adding, "If you want my advice, you might want to sort out your house if you ever want a chance to make things right with him." 💫💫💫 Adam ducked under the attack of another bounty hunter before his tail looped up and stabbed the woman in the head before she could recover from the missed attack.

"ENOUGH." A loud female voice called from above, attracting the attention of everyone except Adam, who took the chance to kill another bounty hunter with his tail while smacking one around the head with his staff.

"AS THE GUILD MASTER, I SAID ENOUGH." The voice shouted again, this time managing to attract Adam's attention, who spun his staff around to point at the older woman shouting on the balcony, before a hole in the wall suddenly appeared next to her head after being hit by a blaster bolt.
