Rowena said in agreement before explaining, "While the main reason our bodies adapted to provide this feeling in the first place was so that our prey wouldn't want to escape while we drained all their blood. Now it has become more of a reward for those who allow us to feed on them, especially for our lovers, mates or husbands and wives, like I said.

Even though Stacey can feed from you whenever she wishes and it benefits her, I would advise you not to do it too often lest you become addicted to the pleasure she gives you while feeding. While it's not a problem right now, if you became addicted, what do you think would happen if something happened to Stacey that made her unable to feed off you?"

"I see your point," Adam replied in understanding.

"Though I suppose if you take another Brood alongside my granddaughter as your mate in the future, this won't be as much of a concern," Rowena stated with her signature smirk.

"Hey, Diva Lorelie, Diva Rowena, come join us," Tephe said happily as she and Stacey played a game. 💫💫💫"Ladies and gentlemen, USNN apologises for the interruption of the scheduled news story, but we have some breaking news." A reporter who sat behind a desk with many holographic screens showing different images behind them reported professionally.

"We are receiving reports that some kind of attack has just taken place in the capital of Terrana Five, only days after the celebration event that many prominent individuals attended. We now go live to USNN reporter Sinead Quintana, who is on scene."

"I am reporting live from in front of what remains of the Bounty Hunters Guild here in the capital of Terrana Five." Sinead began.

"As you can see, the location where the impressive Bounty Hunters Guild building once stood is now nothing more than a pile of rubble. Information is still coming in, but what early reports tell us is that an unknown individual entered the guild hall before somehow getting into a confrontation with the bounty hunters that were present." Sinead went on to report everything that happened from the guild building's destruction to the battle that took place in space.

"While this is unconfirmed at this time, USNN has received information from our sources that state Diva Rowena, Diva Lorelie and Dragon Princess Tephe were all onboard the vessel the TISF ships attacked. Once again, this is unconfirmed information, but I'm sure the higher-ups of the Merinmians, Brood and Dragon races will be investigating this." 💫💫💫 At the very centre of the known universe, a massive space station the size of a moon floated in space, surrounded by thousands of ships.

The station was circular with many rings that were all interconnected and grew larger the further out they extended, while at the very centre of the ring was a large dome with a see-through roof. This station was special in many ways other than just its size. For one, it was constantly moving. Every time a new region was discovered out on the fringes and known space grew, the station would reposition itself so that it was always in the exact centre.

Another reason was the fact that this space station was where the universal senate gathered. The majority of the space station was taken up by living quarters, restaurants and many other facilities that made the senators' lives who were stationed here comfortable. However, at the very heart of the station in the dome with the seethrough roof, was where all the senators gathered to discuss universal law, policies and politics. The huge dome was surrounded by tens of thousands of small rooms, each assigned to a different galaxy and each of which contained a balcony that overlooked the dome, allowing the senators to watch the proceedings, though admittedly many of the rooms were empty, waiting for new galaxies to join the universal senate. In the very centre of the dome, a platform continuously hovered high in the air for all to see.

This was where the Supreme Speaker and their assistants sat and presided when the Senate was in session.

"I now call forth the senator of the Oasis Galaxy." The speaker said before sitting back in his chair. As he finished speaking, a beautiful woman rose from the seat she had been sitting in on her balcony before walking towards a metallic plate that was engraved into the balcony's floor. As she stepped on the metallic plate, a huge holographic projection of the woman appeared within the dome for all to see before the woman's voice spoke loudly enough that all could hear her.

"Thank you, Supreme Speaker. I am here today to raise a serious matter that has just been brought to my attention. I have just received disturbing reports stating that the Terran Imperial Space Force launched an attack on a ship that Diva Lorelie, the Oasis Galaxy's beloved daughter, was aboard." As she spoke, murmurs and shouts of anger arose from many of the other senators.

"Along with Diva Lorelie, the ship was also transporting Diva Rowena and Dragon Princess Tephe, the daughter of Senator Pevaphio herself." The shouts of anger and rage escalated upon hearing this to such a degree that the speaker had to stand and shout, "SILENCE, SILENCE, I can understand why you are all so outraged and concerned about this, but let the senator of the Oasis Galaxy finish."

"Thank you again, Supreme Speaker. While I am happy to report that the ship Diva's Lorelie and Rowena as well as Dragon Princess Tephe are aboard managed to escape, the question remains why would the TISF fire upon a ship that contained prominent figures that they were a few days prior welcoming with open arms to their celebration. I therefore call upon the senator of the Sandanar Galaxy to stand upon the senator's plate and answer these questions."

She finished speaking but remained upon the plate as another senator, this time a Terran male, stood and approached the senator's plate before standing upon it, causing a huge holographic projection of himself to appear beside the Oasis galaxy senators.

"Fellow senators, I can with great regret confirm that the ship attacked by the TISF did indeed carry Diva Lorelie, Diva Rowena and Dragon Princess Tephe." As the Terran senator finished speaking, the senate chamber burst into noise as angry outcries were heard from most of the other senators in attendance.

"SILENCE, SILENCE." The Supreme Speaker yelled again before adding, "How are we to learn more of this incident if you all keep interrupting?"

"Thank you, Supreme Speaker." The Terran senator began, "At the time of the TISF's attack on the ship, we were unaware that the aforementioned individuals were in fact aboard the ship. If we had known then, the TISF would naturally not have been ordered to intercept and attack the individual or individuals who destroyed the Bounty Hunter Guild. The Terran imperial family and Sandanar Galaxy apologise for this mistake."

"You apologise?" The Merinmian senator asked in a scathing tone after another round of yelling came from the senate chamber before she continued.

"Popular and important individuals from three different races could have been killed by 'your' TISF, and all you offer to us is an apology? I'm afraid that's not good enough, Senator. After all, this is only the latest in a list of failures the TISF have made over the last few weeks. First, there was the attack on Diva Lorelie, then there was the hidden pirate base that was on the doorstep of Palaxia, and now this. Do you honestly believe an apology is good enough?

Fellow senators, for their gross misconduct and for their recent inability to protect innocents in their space, I recommend we place trade embargos on the Terran Empire effective immediately." Upon speaking her suggestion, the senate chamber once again filled with the noise of the other senators, though this time they were not shouting in anger but in favour. Suddenly, several more large holographic images of senators appeared in the chamber before they spoke.

"The Lueat Galaxy supports the suggestion made by the Oasis Galaxy's senator, and if she were present, I wholeheartedly believe that the senator of the Draco Galaxy would also support this suggestion." A Brood male with large wings and blood red eyes said.

"The Galamedees Galaxy supports this suggestion." A beautiful Solarian female declared.

"The Felidae Galaxy also supports the suggestion made by the Oasis Galaxy's senator." A Female Leonian stated.

"Very well." The Supreme Speaker said as he rose to his feet to address the senate chamber, "Since it sounds like so many of you are in favour of this, we will put it to a vote." 💫💫💫 Within Emperor Daniel's study of the Terran imperial palace, the man himself ended the holo communication with the Sandanar Galaxy senator before letting out a long sigh and slumping in his chair.

"Fuck." He cursed angrily.
